The original Thai technique — rhythmic pressure, assisted stretches, no oil. A grounding, full-body session.
Slow, rhythmic pressure along the energy lines unwinds tension built up over weeks of sitting and stress.
Assisted stretches reach the hips, shoulders and back in a way self-stretching never quite manages.
The unhurried tempo and breath-led rhythm leave most guests close to a meditative state.
Traditional Thai massage is the technique passed down through generations of Thai masters. Using palms, thumbs, elbows and feet, the therapist applies rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy lines, woven together with assisted stretches that feel a little like having yoga done for you. There is no oil — you stay loosely dressed throughout. The pace is unhurried, the room is quiet, and most guests leave looser than they have felt in years.
Arrive five minutes early. We ask about pressure, expectations and any aches. We offer tea.
In comfortable clothing (or under a towel for oil massages). The room stays quiet. It’s perfectly fine if you drift off.
Stay a moment, drink water. Pay at the salon or online beforehand. Take your time getting up — your body may feel deeply relaxed.
