General Terms

These general terms govern bookings, payments and gift card purchases at ThaiSabai. By making a booking or purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

You can book appointments via the website, by email or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. Please arrive on time; if you are late, the treatment may be shortened accordingly so as not to affect the following appointments.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices may vary by location, treatment and duration. You may pay by card online at the time of booking, or at the salon (cash or card). Online payments are securely processed by our payment provider.

3. Cancellations and changes

If you cannot attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to others. You may reschedule free of charge. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows we reserve the right to charge for the reserved appointment or retain any prepayment.

4. Gift cards

• A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• A gift card is redeemable at ThaiSabai Miklošičeva.
• Present the card on arrival; it must be redeemed in a single transaction or for the stated service.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We recommend booking an appointment in advance to redeem a gift card.

5. Health and conduct

Before your massage, please tell us about any health conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy so we can adapt the treatment or advise you. Massage is not a substitute for medical care. We reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment in the event of inappropriate conduct.

6. Liability

We provide our services professionally and with due care. We are not liable for consequences arising from undisclosed health conditions or from failure to follow the therapist's instructions.

7. Complaints

Please send any comments or complaints to thaisabai.si.info@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve them promptly and fairly.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
