The room stays quiet, with low lighting and soft music. Many couples book it for anniversaries, and friends often choose it as a shared treat after a long week.
Arrive five minutes early. We ask about pressure, expectations and any aches. We offer tea.
In comfortable clothing (or under a towel for oil massages). The room stays quiet. It’s perfectly fine if you drift off.
